Araptus eruditus (female). (by SM Smith, Michigan State University). 'Araptus cuspidatus 1973' Wood was apparently never published (not listed in any subsequent work by Wood and/or Bright). As early as 1975 Wood realized that the specimens were conspecific with eruditus Schedl as indicated by the homotype label..
